We understand that parents have busy work schedules, so we offer flexible class times. You can choose to enroll your child for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week, or for weekend classes.

流行街舞(Hip Hop舞蹈)教學課程會由專業的舞蹈老師，先帶領學員暖身，用熱門流行舞曲、或是充滿感染力的節奏音樂，搭配身體律動、舞蹈基本動作反覆演練，達到熱身的效果，主課程是排舞動作(Choreography)教學，由老師精心編排一段符合音樂節奏、情緒變化、甚至是對應歌詞的動作，在課堂上教會學員，一首歌或一支舞碼教學的週數則隨老師編排創意和學員總體程度而異；持續參與流行街舞的教學課程可以增加身體協調度、音樂及舞步的配合可以刺激大腦多工，舞蹈練習可以訓練肌耐力及增加柔軟度，強而有力的舞步可以刺激肌肉爆發力，隨著課程參與的頻率越來越高，學員可以感受到自己跟隨著老師逐漸進步，越來越有自信，更能夠充分享受跳舞的樂趣及開發肢體的無限潛能。
